Since when does 3 of a kind beat an ace-high straight?! BLost about $300k because of this bug

I cant tell you how many hands I have lost because the app freezes up. Its not my internet connection. It happens every time I play. Very upsetting.

How do I use the diamonds I have 500 but dont know how to use? Please help me in getting a better understanding, thanks also Im new to this.
